For our cream mixture, we will use All Purpose Cream, Condensed milk, Cream Cheese;

we also need Ube flavor and Violet food color.

And for our Cheesecake to be firm, we need Gelatin which we will dissolve in hot water.

First, let's cream our cream cheese. The cream cheese is already softened.

Let's just beat it for 2 mins.

If you don't want much of the cream cheese taste, you can reduce one block.

Next up, let's whip the All Purpose Cream in high speed until the size is doubled.

Again, the All Purpose Cream should be chilled overnight.

When the size of the cream is doubled, gradually add the condensed milk.

And yes, our condensed mild should also be cold.
