Dosing pump uses a piston or plunger to force liquid from the inlet side to the outside side of the pump body.
01:47.7
01:58.5
As piston moves upwards,it will reduce the pressure in the pump body.
02:06.1
02:25.1
Cause the pressure in the suction line to open the suction valve and permit the liquid to flow into the pump.
02:42.2
02:48.6
Once a dosing pump is primed, this means all the air is pushed out of the lines right up to the injector, it is then set for its required dose rate or set to work from its input signal.
02:58.0
02:59.3
The higher pressure in the discharge line keeps the discharge valve closed.
02:59.4
03:01.6
Once operating, then the pump works at its required flow rate until a stop signal pauses the action or similar.
