FACTORY INFO: Ms Hue’s brother has been making rice paper for more than 20 years. She opened a branch on her property 3 years ago. She has 10 staff working on 3500 bamboo sheets, making from 500 to 700kg of rice papers a day.

FARM INFO: Mr. Mai’s family grew rice for generations, then changed all of his crops to red-flesh dragon fruit 4 years ago. They currently have over 3000 dragon fruit plants.

FACTORY INFO: After studying in the US, Mr. Toan came back to Vietnam and established this company in 2015. His products are now exported to 35 countries including Japan, US, EU, etc. Each day, the factory 8 tonnes of rice paper and 2 tonnes of noodles products. The factory employs over 200 individuals.

🐖BÚN THỊT NƯỚNG (WATERMELON VERMICELLI WITH GRILLED PORK): Boil the vermicelli noodles in hot water. Add watermelon vermicelli, spring onion, grilled pork, grilled beef wrapped with betel leaves, grilled beef wrapped with pork fat, pickles, peanuts, and scallion. Serve with fish sauce.
