Hello, welcome to Biertap.eu!
00:10.1
00:16.4
In today’s video we’re going to show you how you can install and adjust a CO2 metre.
00:16.5
00:19.5
First we’ll attach the metre to the CO2 bottle.
00:24.5
00:32.5
This can be done by turning the large wrench that is on the CO2 metre at the end of the CO2 bottle.
00:32.6
00:39.4
Make sure that the metre is attached good and tight on the bottle to prevent leaking.
00:39.5
00:45.0
Now it is time to secure the bottle to a chair or table.
00:45.1
00:53.0
This is necessary. This way the bottle can’t fall and damage the meter.
00:53.1
00:57.9
00:59.2
01:06.7
Now it’s time to adjust the CO2 pressure. This can be done by opening the main faucet.
01:06.8
01:11.6
The big knob will be turned clockwise.
01:12.5
01:21.2
There’s a wrench on the front of the CO2 metre, this one is for adjusting the pressure.
01:21.3
01:26.1
Clockwise is turning up the pressure.
01:26.2
01:32.7
Counterclockwise is reducing pressure.
01:32.8
01:37.6
It is best to start with a little pressure.
01:37.7
01:42.9
It’s easier to add pressure than reduce it.
01:44.0
01:56.0
When you’re done tapping beers and want to cut the pressure… You only have to turn the main faucet until it’s closed entirely.
