One of the largest projects funded by the bond is the much needed intermediate school number ten located next to Metzler Elementary on West Rayford Road in the far northern part of our district.

The construction of intermediate number ten is moving quickly as the school is scheduled to open in August of 2018.

Whenever a new school opens, attendance zones must be established.

This committee is comprised of campus and parents representatives of each school that could potentially have attendance zone changes.

The meetings are open to the public and results are posted on the district website.

While attendance zoning is challenging work, we love that Klein ISD continues to be a district of choice for people moving to the area!

This year, we even surpassed our student growth projections, making attendance zoning even more important to accomplish.

To get there, we look forward to working with our community on this rezoning effort.
