Today I’ll be explaining how you can use an external carbonator for tapping carbonated water.

What we need is the beer dispenser, the external carbonator,

a CO2 bottle and CO2-metre.

We’ve connected our carbonator - dispenser combination on the water supply system.

Everything is connected so it is time to plug it in. That way the carbonator can start mixing and the dispenser can start cooling.

After that, we can drink some carbonated water!

There’s some air in the beer pipes. To release these, it’s necessary to tap some water.

One of the most important things to do is to check that trough the compensator faucet,

the outflow speed of the water is not too much.

Otherwise the carbonic acid would get lost in the process.

And look, a chilled glas of carbonated water!
