Change is built into the DNA of our world. Seeds become trees, caterpillars become butterflies, and babies become adults.

This world is wired to move toward something greater. However, after becoming an adult, we easily count ourselves out of that equation.

We become stuck in our patterns of living, whether or not they’re healthy. What we need to do is

learn to plant in each day elements of what we’d like in our future. If we want others to be patient with us,

we must first be patient with them. If we want to grow in our profession, we must take steps toward further education.
