Today let us see how to make peanut chikki with jaggery.

For that I have taken 300g roasted and pealed peanut along with 300g jaggery.

Now let us heat up this roasted peanuts for 2-3 minutes.

We can trasfer this roasted peanuts to a mixer.
Pulse it for 3 seconds as the peanuts are large.

Now we can melt the jaggery in a pan. Add half a cup of water to it.

If we add too much water it would take a lot of time to make this syrup.

Add just enough water to dissolve jaggery.

Simple trick to check the consistency of the syrup is to pour a little syrup into ice cold water.
